ADDC Plus Service Offerings Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) has launched ADDC Plus, offering a range of new services to support the needs of our customers. This initiative will help ADDC provide a broader service including private network management and billing and payment solutions aimed at our large commercial, industrial and government customers in particular. Click here to find more information. Water Tankering Center The new water tankering regulations will be implemented from the 1st of July 2024. Meanwhile, the supply & installation process for the devices required in each water tanker will commence soon, and we will inform you of the date in the coming days. Prevent ADDC Emails Going to Your Junk Mail Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or email client might use email blocking filters, affecting your ability to receive emails from ADDC. If this situation occurs, please find the help section for your email program below or contact your ISP directly for information on how to have your settings relaxed or removed to receive ADDC messages. Our new bill has been designed to explain your monthly charges simply and clearly, while giving you all the information you may need to manage your consumption and plan your payments. Direct Debit Improvements As a service improvement to make paying bills easier, ADDC will be giving customers extra time before Direct Debit deducts the billed amount from their accounts effective from 1 March 2021. Meter Cabinet Installation Service To improve our services and facilitate our procedures, ADDC offer the installation of a fully equipped meter cabinet as single units to facilitate and speed up the delivery of electricity to our customers. The terms of the agreement have recently been updated to ensure that we continue to provide the best services.
